Title: Technical Writer - II

Duration: 10/25/2024 to 03/31/2025

Location: 6465 National Drive Livermore California USA

Location: Bay Area - Livermore, CA/Alameda, CA
Length of Contract: 6 months from start date w/ possible extension and/or conversion in the future based on performance

• 100% Onsite
• Nature of Role: Person will be working with Process Standardization, collaborating with Stakeholders, managers, and operational functions.
• Will produce 80 total documents during the duration of the contract, these are NNI (Needs New Insurance) and PRC (Prescription Required Case) documents.
• The documents are created using a template and follow GSG (General Services Guide)
• Tools used to create documents are MS, Salesforce, and PPT
• There are no daily, weekly, or monthly deadlines for creating the documents
• Process Flow: Document is created, sent to Stakeholders for approval * Info is extracted from meetings, documents provided, and system for the creation of the documents
• This project falls under Heart Failure Division/Operations/Continuous Improvement
• Manager would like to see writing samples during the interview

Top Skills Needed:

• 2 years of experience as a technical writer, or document specialist, organization, strong time management, strong communication in English, critical thinking,

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree Required

Interview Process:

• 1st will be a video conference, and 2nd will be onsite with herself and one other manager.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
