Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates, manages, and leads special projects, assignments, audits, and tasks to ensure successful execution

• Ensures the City is appropriately managing the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and systems through the management of policy and procedures

• Oversees AIM policy management lifecycle

• Works closely with City Auditor and AIM leadership regarding audit findings and audit coordination

• Proactively address all audit findings

• Responsible for ensuring the department aligns to expectations with citywide records retention policy

• As architecture review board chair this role is responsible for facilitating meetings, overseeing the change process, escalating concerns raised by the board, tracking, and reporting of all changes

• Escalates all risks and issues impacting the department from a policy, audit, or controls perspective

• Ensures high-quality results for all areas under the control and oversight of the PMDP

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $68.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• IT auditing: 5 years (Required)
• Policy Management and IT Governance: 5 years (Required)
• Audit and Compliance: 5 years (Required)
• Risk mitigation: 5 years (Required)
• AIM leadership, City Auditor, and other stakeholders: 5 years (Required)
• COBIT / ITIL / NIST / CISA / CISM / PMP: 1 year (Required)
• data security / data management/CIA triad: 1 year (Required)
