ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with Infinite Helping Hands clients and employees
Coordinate schedules with clients and caregivers
Schedule clients appropriately in accordance with authorization
Generate and track missed visits, notify case managers/physicians as required
Work closely with billing team to ensure visit schedules are accurate
Coordinate caregiver suitability with Clinical Supervisor
QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Healthcare experience is a plus
Scheduling Experience, Multi-tasking, And Problem Solving RequiredExperience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
Experience with Alora Plus EMR software, preferred but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $18.15 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
