Watson Chevrolet is hiring Auto Glass Technicians to repair cracked and broken windshields and windows. In addition to fixing the damaged glass, they are responsible for some paperwork and may have to interact with customers. You are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. Responsibilities

• Assist with repair and replacement of auto glass according to specified procedures
• Check for and remove moisture or contamination in damage areas
• Help insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of glazing accessories on vehicles
• Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
• Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the auto glass industry
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects such as windshields, etc.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Ability to exercise good judgment
• Proficiency to navigate tablet based technology
• Valid Drivers License and good driving record
• Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
