- Position Overview:** We're seeking a driven and compassionate B2B Partnerships Specialist to join our team. In this sales position, you'll be responsible for building strategic partnerships with businesses and offering our top-tier supplemental insurance solutions to support their employees' well-being. This is a role where you'll be out in the community, not tied to a desk, making meaningful connections and providing excellent customer service.
- Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and develop relationships with potential B2B partners, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Present our industry-leading supplemental insurance offerings, emphasizing the value they provide to individuals and families.
- Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, ensuring they receive the support and assistance they need.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions.
- Take ownership of your career and destiny, balancing teamwork and autonomy to achieve success.
- Qualifications:**
- Grit, determination, and excellent communication skills are a must.
- Desire to help others and make a positive impact in the community.
- Ability to thrive in an in-person, community-based sales environment.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed.

- $70,000 - $125,000 first year potential and $120-160k within 3 years
- A clear path for quick advancement within your control (within your first 3 months), not based on politics
- Cash Bonuses ($250 - $3,000 per month)
- Stock Bonuses ($2,000 per quarter)
- Superior training and professional development, including a minimum of 5 days of 1-on-1 field training in your area. Initial training is efficient and effective, leading to a fast start for new agents. Additional professional development opportunities are available weekly, monthly, and quarterly at no cost to the agent
- Flexible full-time schedule; you choose your hours - NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS required
