Title : Sr. OM / WMS Application Analyst (Remote)

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Senior OM / WMS Application Analyst. As the Senior OM / WMS Application Analyst, you will play a critical role in enhancing the user experiences with cloud-based enterprise ERP related applications and ensuring for our organization.

Your responsibilities will include a variety of duties related to the integration, administration, upgrade, testing and support of OM / WMS enterprise software applications.

Your ability to translate the requirements of our internal customers into robust solutions will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical project leadership in planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of application software.
• Conduct software application testing and preparation for software upgrades or new implementations.
• Monitor, analyze, and assist end-users with the implementation of new software releases and upgrades.
• Research and execute system enhancements.
• Conduct database analysis, research, and resolve application problems.
• Lead problem-solving efforts, considering IT strategic plans and short-term goals.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure system operability and successful implementations / upgrades.
• Review projects, analyze business requirements, recommend system changes, write specifications, and implement application changes.
• Integrate end-user requests with software functionality to address changing needs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Analyze and recommend application configuration and functionality to ensure reliability.
• Work with project managers to understand application objectives, develop project scopes, outline effort projections, determine schedules, and finalize plans.
• Establish and enforce standards, policies, and procedures for OM / WMS-related application systems.
• Participate in the development and implementation of IT goals, objectives, policies, and priorities.
• Assist in assessing the strategic direction of IT and developing strategic plans for new technology use.

Skills Required

• Working knowledge of MS Dynamics Finance & Supply Chain application.
• Experience in integrated SaaS enterprise solution network and infrastructure environment.
• Demonstrate diagnostic skills and expertise to assist with problem determination and solutions across the enterprise solution environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• PMP certification preferred.

Education & Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or 10 years of experience in an Information Technology environment.
• Five years of experience in OM / WMS discipline as an IT Analyst or related function performing user support, training, and supporting installation, development, and maintenance of business application software and servers.
