Job Summary:

· Provide Primary Care to patients ages 19 years to geriatrics in accordance with regulations, including but not limited to obtaining patient history, ordering labs and diagnostic studies, performing basic procedures, and arranging referrals.

· Working in a fast-paced environment to provide convenient care to patients.

· Ability to work independently to assess patients and either treat or redirect for the type of acuity.

· Communicate effectively with physicians and medical staff in coordinated care.

· Uphold excellent bedside manners and the ability to create a great patient experience.

· Ability to explain medical procedures and plan of care to patients and their families.

· Attends departmental meetings and professional training sessions as requested.

· Adherence and knowledge of laws of medicine, including HIPPA. Position Requirements:

Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program

· One (1) year of Nurse Practitioner experience in Primary Care required

Statewide competitive compensation for 1099 or W-2
