**Job Summary:**

We are 6-bed inpatient facility seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health/addiction counseling and therapy services to individuals, couples, and families in need.

**Duties:**

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health/addiction needs (primary treatment is addiction)

- Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to clients admitted into facility

- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals

- Manage medical documentation and case files in compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Complete ASAM-Bio Psych Socials within 72 Hours of admit of client

- Review Group Notes

- Chart Audit once per week

- See clients 1x weekly

- Coordinate with Medical Director, Laboratory and Pharmacy

- Facilitate bi-weekly staff meetings

**Experience:**

- Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state of practice

- Prior experience in mental health counseling, addiction treatment, case management, diagnostic evaluation and managing a staff
