JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for Tech BA with Project Management Role at VP level, below are the JD for your reference.

Could you please start looking for the profiles while we get the required approvals in place.

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, science, engineering, mathematical or financial discipline
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in investment banking or the financial sector
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial data analysis and balance sheet / income statement reconciliation Experience with Audit / Risk / Regulator & Financial Reporting
• Worked on data quality process and monitoring framework
• Worked on Management reporting and dashboards for medium to complex projects.
• Experience working with global teams and stakeholders.

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

• Financial certifications like CFA, CPA, FRM
• Ability to map and trace data from various source systems to solve a given business problem
• Thorough understanding of a SDLC, realizing the importance of working on Agile environment and autonomous enough to adjust as priorities change.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments concurrently with minimal direction in a dynamic work environment
• Strong competency in analyzing both data and processes and report on finding appropriately
• Analytical abilities and problem solving skills
• Exposure to development and agile tools e.g. SQL, Excel, JIRA, Git, MS office, Project Plan, Visio and Agile Central.
