Infinity Wellness Center is Hiring a Wellness Center Office Manager Near Aurora, CO

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our chiropractic wellness center as an Office Manager. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage office operations: Oversee and coordinate daily office activities, including appointment scheduling, patient check-in/out, patient care plan compliance, and clean record management.
2. Supervise CA team: Provide guidance, support and accountability to the front desk staff, including trainings, and performance evaluations.
3. Ensure exceptional patient experience and uphold IWC values: Ensure that patients receive friendly and efficient service, address their concerns, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
4. Maintain office supplies and equipment: Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are available and in good working condition.
5. Manage billing and financial processes: Oversee the billing process, including verifying insurance coverage, processing payments, and resolving billing inquiries or discrepancies.
6. Coordinate with healthcare providers: Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
7. Maintain compliance: Ensure that the office complies with all applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
8. Handle administrative tasks: Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and records, including financial reports, patient files, and staff schedules.
9. Implement office policies and procedures: Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure consistent operations.
10. Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of changes in healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and industry best practices, and implement necessary updates.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and terminology, particularly in a chiropractic setting, is a plus.
- Proficient in using office management software, electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and remain self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and supervise a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
