The Role

The ideal candidate will be an experienced salesperson in the marketing business who excels at generating sales leads with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. We are seeking a candidate who can understand prospective clients' needs and offer exceptional solutions. The candidate must possess strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target sales leads.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Exceed sales quotas by going the extra mile.
• Prospect clients and understand their needs to add true value.
• Collaborate closely with our data team to maximize our data knowledge.
• Budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes.
• Work closely with our campaigns team to deploy campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with our finance and legal team to ensure smooth transactions between clients and the company.

Desired background

• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• 3 years of sales experience preferably within the Media-Marketing industry. Experience within Influencer Marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management software, preferably HubSpot.
• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals.
• Strong communication skills and understanding of the sales process.
• Experience in managing a book of business.
• Connections with relevant brands.
• Passion for startups and a desire to make a significant impact on the company's growth.
