Title: Storage Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Need locals)

Duration: Long term contract

1. Design, deploy, and manage storage architectures on SAN, NAS, S3 Object, networking, backup. as well as monitor and audit storage utilization, performance and problems.

2. Demonstrated storage experience in virtual environment.

3. Perform daily storage engineer activities including management, zoning, provisioning, troubleshooting.

4. Perform data migration tasks between protocols with different vendors and clusters.

5. Participating in on-call rotations to resolve high-level escalations

6. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

7. Manage incident, problem, and change management processes using ServiceNow to ensure consistent adherence to change control protocols and timely resolution of tickets.

8. Responsible for managing all activities related to disaster recovery program and perform DR testing exercises.

9. Maintain a safe, secure, and professional work environment.

10. Experience with automation tools for administration and monitoring of storage and backup systems.

12. Pure SAN and iSCSI Storage, Cloudian Object Storage, Cohesity Backups.

13. NetApp NAS and iSCSI.

14. Cisco MDS Enterprise series.

15. Hands-on in ESXi and windows, Linux, NFS, CIFS,.
