- Mobile device testing or lab experience required
- Perform physical and logical hosting and device deployment / provisioning
- Perform Lab day-to-day operations (troubleshooting, install, retire/dispose, "smart hands)
- Respond to tickets/support requests as needed
- Monitor SLO/status dashboards and handle alerts
- Good in Bash Programming/Shell Scripting skills & Linux Troubleshooting commands
- Respond to customer requests and communicate directly with customers
