The main duties of a clinical resource nurseare to promote and maintain quality patient care, manage nursing operations,assist in teaching nursing staff and enforce procedures, policies, practicesand standards of the facility.

A clinical resource nurse should have excellentoral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership skillsand managerial skills.

Willwork with works with in and outpatients with high volume of patients (adults)with Neurologic conditions requiring knowledge in SLP treatmentassessment to treatment activities that address voice modulation and quality,all levels of communication retraining, swallowing retraining and cognitive re-training.
