NO RCIS needed. *IR and Special Procedures exp required.*EPICREQUIRED:*Lower and upper extremity angiograms and stents*AAA graph stents/endovascular repair*carotid angio and stents*IVC filters and removals*temp and permanent dialysis cath insertions*Portacath insertions and removals*Pulmonary Thrombectomies*A/V Fistulagrams/shuntograms*Visceral Angio*embolizations*Periperal vascular thrombectomiesSpecial Equipment:*penumbra*phillips azurian/xper (witt system) Modified 12:00:00 AM Account Manager: Hayley Alloe Account Manager Email: COVID-19 Vaccine: Required
