Generally transfer to Mary BridgePatient - 1:4Required , ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, CPI/MOABSkills ED experience: Cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV skills, and basic ED knowledge of drips and med administrationProcedural sedation, blood administration, TNK administration (preferred), cardiac medicationsSupport on the Unit:ER tech glucose checks, iStat, assisting with splintingCharge nurse: rarely takes assignment Resource/Float NurseRT -24/7ED EducatorSecurity increased for safety 24/7, assigned to EDHouse Supervisor 24/7Social Work Services assigned to ED 24/7Pharmacy 24/7: pushes sedation medications and assists in codesCharting System/ and bedside Telemetry monitoring at the nursing station; no tele day: NEO (badge, EPIC training if needed), meet with educator, hrs in mental health area, hrs out front2nd day: 12-hr shift with preceptor (on assigned shift)Traveler Telemetry Competency RequiredRequired to be completed and passed prior to start.
