- Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited Circulators, CVOR CSTs, CVOR CSTFAs Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. If CST or CSTFA or RNFA position must be able to independently scrub heart cases including but not limited to CABGs, AVRs, MVR s, and Aortic Anuerysms All candidates recent experience in CVOR within the last 5 years Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Open heart procedure Thoracic procedures Robotic Lung Procedures Best personality Fit: Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
