DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Diagnoses and repairs moderately complex problems in response to customer reported incidents.

Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains moderately complex to complex customer hardware and software. Ensures rigorous application of information security standards.

Assist with identifying and troubleshooting network issues. 2. Proactive and timely resolution to tickets based on the severity of the issue.

Serves as technical consultant to client interfacing team. Assist with developing deployment schedule and logistics. Researches and provides evaluation of trends and patterns in customer support requirements.

3. Maintains good relations with agency management, vendors, co-workers and end-users. Travel onsite to resolve technical issues 4.

Keep up with offered training courses to be determined by manager. Provides advice and direction to agency on purchases of hardware and software 5. Other duties as required.
