MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:

Computer technicians play a pivotal role in the clients where they are entrusted with a range of critical tasks. Tasks include installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing various computing devices and peripherals essential for day-to-day operations. Technicians must also manage tickets efficiently, maintain accurate inventories of assets, and deliver exemplary customer service. Their responsibilities extend to providing comprehensive end-user support across the office, ensuring smooth functioning of IT systems and uninterrupted workflow.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Completion of 60 semester credits to include 15 semester credits in a computer related field and four (4) months of relevant experience is required; or completion of a vocational or trade school program and six (6) months relevant experience; or high school diploma or GED and twelve (12) months of relevant experience is required;

Relevant experience includes supporting, installing, configuring, maintaining, and repair of computing devices and software along with peripheral equipment and software.
