Job Description Project Manager on multiple projects across Infrastructure Services. Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. Oversees one or more projects. Develops and maintains project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures; responsible for determining and working with supervision to acquire resource needs; oversees project progress and workload through duration of project. Manages Request for Proposal (RFP, eval matrix) to select vendor products; Write contract Scope of Deliverables; Follows process and standards update and creation. Project Support Activities (i.e., Risks, issues, action item management; Meeting scheduling, facilitating, meeting minutes; Communications (end user, broadcasts, IT notifications); Monitor and report on project KPIs
Mandatory Skills & Experience 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role managing IT Projects. Must have experience conducting Vendor Implementation projects starting with Requestion for Proposal, into Contract Negotiations through Product Implementation. Experience with a VOIP migration a major plus Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience Demonstrated problem-solving skills including identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, etc.)
