Ensure reduction of risk via change control, policy documentation, and audit resolution.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitates, manages, and leads special projects, assignments, audits, and tasks to ensure successful execution
• Ensures the City is appropriately managing the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and systems through the management of policy and procedures• Oversees policy management lifecycle
• Works closely with City Auditor and leadership regarding audit findings and audit coordination
• Proactively address all audit findings
• Responsible for ensuring the department aligns to expectations with citywide records retention policy
• As architecture review board chair this role is responsible for facilitating meetings, overseeing the change process, escalating concerns raised by the board, tracking, and reporting of all changes
• Escalates all risks and issues impacting the department from a policy, audit, or controls perspective
• Ensures high-quality results for all areas under the control and oversight of the PMDP
