Position Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include responding to users' calls for hardware and/or software technical assistance and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner; installing, operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing desktop PCs, laptops/notebooks, personal and network printers, copiers, scanners, VoIP phones and other peripheral equipment using appropriate tools; assisting with maintenance of the court's local area network and related equipment; providing user support for mobile devices and tablets; and performing tasks in support of court IT projects and initiatives, as assigned, in a Microsoft-based environment.

Required Skills, Licenses, Certifications and Education (Include Preferred Skills in parentheses):

High school diploma

(Associate’s degree is preferred, preferably in information technology or equivalent certification)

Three (3) years of customer and technical support experience supporting and maintaining servers, hardware, operating systems, networks or telecommunication systems.
