To assist the VR Counselor with organization, structural interventions, and direct training in managing the workload and producing the work required of the Counselor.

Duties : 1.Create a weekly schedule for Counselor, by day, organizing and scheduling work to be accomplished, namely : -Intakes-School contacts, onsite & virtual-case note writing and reviews,-other duties as assigned or required-client contacts a minimum of 2x annually2.

Train counselor on the uses and techniques available on the Outlook suite of apps and programs.3. To accomplish items 1 & 2 the aide may create visual aids, spreadsheets, or other means to remind or assist the counselor in completion of their responsibilities.

This role is not an adjunct Counselor position and as such will have no direct interface with clients and minimal interface with other VR staff.
