Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician – Night Shift
Location : Clemson, SC (100% Onsite – No Remote)
Shift : 6 PM – 6 AM (Including Weekends & Holidays)
Contract : 12 Months (Potential Extension up to 36 Months)
Citizenship Requirement : Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
Experience Required : Minimum 2 years in IT / network operations

Info Labs Inc. is hiring a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to support Clemson University’s Information Technology Center . This is an exciting opportunity to work in a mission-critical IT environment , monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor & Troubleshoot IT Infrastructure : Use Splunk, SolarWinds, Cisco ISE, and Cisco Catalyst to monitor and resolve network issues.
Incident Management : Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate network, server, and application issues as needed.
System Configuration & Maintenance : Perform Linux batch scripting, Python scripting, and assist with network automation tasks .
Network Security & Firewall Support : Configure and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Wireless, and Cisco Meraki networks.
Network Troubleshooting : Work with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), TCP / IP, DNS, and NTP to diagnose and resolve network issues.
Technical Documentation : Maintain system records, training materials, and technical documentation .
Customer Support : Provide IT support via email, phone, and in-person requests .
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of IT / network operations experience
- Scripting & Automation : Python scripting, Linux batch scripting
- Technical Writing : Experience in documentation and knowledge base creation
- Networking & Security :
- Cisco ISE, Cisco Wireless, Cisco Meraki
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP / IP, HTTP, DNS, NTP, etc.)
- Firewall configuration & troubleshooting (Palo Alto, Cisco)
- Operating Systems : Linux, Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer Service : Strong ability to communicate and resolve IT issues
