- Establish and lead a high-performing marketing team responsible for a portfolio of important game titles.
- Develop and execute a global brand and product strategy, including positioning, unique selling points, and market entry strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Supervise the US-based marketing team and develop customized market plans for the European and United States markets.
- Oversee the tactical implementation of global campaigns for multiple game titles, ensuring consistent brand representation across all activations.
- Collaborate with headquarters' creative teams and external agencies worldwide to deliver essential marketing assets and programs, ensuring alignment across all partners.
- Drive the success of global marketing campaigns and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- 10 years of experience in brand marketing for PC or console game products, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience developing and executing impactful global marketing campaigns, brand marketing initiatives, and performance-based direct-to-consumer marketing for gaming services.
- Expertise in leading a high-performing team of marketing professionals.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to various cultural contexts.
- Deep understanding of all facets of the marketing industry, including consumer insights, product positioning, consumer promotions, online innovation, creative development, and social media marketing.
- Experience with digital product offerings on PC or console platforms, with mobile experience considered a plus.
- Ability to influence and engage both internal and external collaborators in realizing the vision of a franchise brand.
- Strong passion for the video gaming industry.
- Deep understanding of and experience in working with Games as a Service models for direct-to-consumer digital businesses.
- Experience with data analytics.
- On-site presence required.
- 10 years of experience in game product and marketing.
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA is a plus).
- Experience working for a Chinese company or a strong understanding of games originating from China is a valuable asset.
