Content Management Product Manager - Great role to be part of a Test and Learn Innovation team that embraces emerging technologies in Content Management to help empower the business.
The Opportunity
The Pipeline/Innovation team is seeking an experienced product manager to assist in identifying, testing, and deploying Content Management technologies and capabilities for the physical retail and digital channels.
What You'll Do
  • Translate strategic priorities into a product roadmap and detailed product specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, vendors, and data teams to define implementation plans, prioritize work items, triage issues, and run meetings.
  • Work across the business, engineering, and product organizations to execute against the greater roadmap utilizing technologies proposed by the Pipeline team.
  • Develop metrics to monitor and quantify the impact of new products to be launched.
  • Coach, lead, or complete efforts in capturing customer needs, structuring projects, defining user journeys and user stories, business and technical requirements, and new product features.
  • Make decisions and recommendations backed by data, evidence, and pragmatic judgment.
  • Lead conversations with stakeholders and gather feedback on Proof of Concept (POC) outcomes.
  • Drive early adoption of new functionality with product development teams.
  • Understand client goals: Identify critical pain points and gaps by engaging with our internal clients and forming a deep understanding of their mission.
  • Client out a vision: Define and communicate the strategic vision for Content Management solutions within the retail channel, aligning with needs, priorities, and goals
  • POC Product roadmap creation, outlining key milestones, features, and timelines for the development and deployment of Content Management technologies.
  • Engage stakeholders and SMEs in a highly matrixed organization: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Retail Sales Operations, Planning and Technology organizations, including, retail store personnel, technologists, and engineers to understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage requirements: Elicit, prioritize, and manage requirements for Content Management use cases balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and security considerations
  • Evaluate performance: Establish metrics, KPIs, and OKRs to evaluate the performance, effectiveness, and impact of solutions against retail sales and operational goals, iterating and optimizing based on feedback and results.
You Have
  • Experience with developing product requirements documents, product roadmaps, and associated artifacts
  • Experience performing research, developing a deep understanding of the customer, working with and eliciting information from diverse groups of stakeholders and developing clear technical, actionable requirements
  • In-Depth knowlege of Content Management
  • Ability to effectively articulate a product vision and strategy
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams to translate product vision into actionable requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) field
Nice If You Have
  • Experience with developing products for the retail channel in the wireless industry.
  • Possession of strong problem-solving and analytic skills, including developing strategic visions for products
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a STEM field
  • Solutions Architecture certification, including AWS CSA or Azure Solutions Architect
