- seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager and Budget Manager to help the Retail Marketing Operations team manage our expenses, comply with internal budgetary requirements, and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders across several teams. This is a contract role. In this role you will collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources, timely project completion, and adherence to budgetary constraints. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Maintain the Retail Marketing Operations budget in collaboration with stakeholders and in accordance to approved budget. Monitor and track project expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines. Prepare and provide regular updates on budget performance and variance analysis. Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements. Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization to meet project goals. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information flow. Address any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders promptly and professionally. Job Requirements: Qualifications and Skills:
Strong knowledge and applicable experience in Project Management Proven experience in budget management and project coordination. At least 3 years working in a b2b project management environment Strong analytical and financial management skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and related technologies. Experience with B2B marketing a plus. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. No max years of experience needed.
Hybrid schedule would be Wednesday's in the office. Rest of the week is from home. This could change in the future given the direction of other teams in the business, but nothing official for our group.
There may be a need to travel to another office, roughly twice a year. We are agile with this and understand personal commitments.
