Job Title: Senior ADABAS/Natural Developer

Long Term Contract

Location: Newark, NJ

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ADABAS/Natural Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ADABAS and Natural development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

This position will be hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in ADABAS and Natural development.
• Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in ADABAS database management and Natural programming language.

o Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

o Experience with JCL, COBOL, and other mainframe technologies is a plus.

• Soft Skills:

o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
