UX/UI designer is responsible for creating visual elements, such as logos and graphics, as well as layouts and navigation systems. Common tasks include the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, as well as conducting user research and testing to validate design decisions.

• Able to work with and provide web developers with cross-browser-compliant HTML, CSS code and examples.
• Able to translate product requirements into highly usable web applications.
• Provide technical design recommendations for HTML and CSS-based web applications.
• Monitor web traffic and optimize page performance.
• Plan and execute usability tests to validate design choices
• Provide actionable design recommendations based on best practices.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate proposed changes.
• Proficiency in Web development best practices including understanding and developing HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Able to work with Image authoring tools and perform small adjustments on images (eg. resizing and cropping)
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
