- Take order request ensuring accuracy of requests by verifying serial numbers, past order history or working closely with customers or help desk.
- Accurately enter all orders in a timely manner to properly issue shipment.
- De-escalate customers situation as they occur and escalate as needed.
- Monitor customer returns.
- Maintain accurate documentation, identify waste in processes, and continuous improvement philosophy.
- Written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- Experience dealing with end users in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience providing customer service.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Experience in Microsoft Office tools.
