One of our Financial Clients is looking to hire a UX Design Manager with strong experience in Sketch and Figma. This position is temp to hire for the right candidate
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
5 years of proven HANDS-ON experience as a UX designer, working on web and mobile applications.
A portfolio of UX design projects that demonstrate your skills and process required.
Proven proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar required.
Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
Knowledge of UX design principles, methods, and best practices, such as user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/React/Angular) to effectively communicate with developers
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
A passion for solving complex problems and creating delightful user experiences.
Experience working in an Agile development process is a plus.
