Title: Business Analyst

Contract Details:

Location: Camden, NJ

Full Remote - EST and CST Time Zone preferred

Duration: 1 year

Client Industry: Automotive

Candidates Considered: USC or GC Holder

Business Analyst - Skills Required - MUST HAVES:

  • Must have experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions required.
  • Strong MS Office skills specifically Visio
  • 8 years working as a Technical Business Analyst
  • Familiar with testing plans
  • Ability to synthesize reported issues or feature requests and assist team in prioritizing work
  • Strong analysis and reporting skills (within Excel - V-lookup, and Pivot Tables)
  • Proficient in creating workflow diagrams or other supporting visuals
  • Understands the business issues and data challenges
  • Experience with ServiceNow a plus

Business Analyst - Summary - Responsibilities:

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst that has experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM). This consultant will assist in the RFP process of selection around IAM.

  • Coordinate with business partners to define business and functional requirements and be the primary liaison between developers and the business teams.
  • Manage project-related tasks between team members and support coordination of activities between team members and others as needed.
  • Participate in and support the SDLC process, including project planning, execution, communication, and post-project activities.
  • Maintain current knowledge of IT development methodology, design principles, and technical standards.
  • Communicate with project manager on a frequent basis; identify tasks and issues that may have an impact on service level agreements or schedules.
  • Create project-related updates, documentation and presentations using tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
