Description-

Position- Registered Nurse-Case Manager

Location- Santa Rosa, CA

Shift- Day 5x8-Hour

Duration- 13 weeks with possible extension

Pay package for travelers (Above 50 miles from the facility)

• $36/hr (Taxable) $1160 weekly stipend (Non-Taxable). Total weekly gross $2600/40hrs. OT Rate-$54/hr

Pay package for local (Within 50 miles from the facility)

· $59/hr (taxable). Total weekly gross $2360/40hrs . OT Rate-$88/hr

Client's Requirement-

· 2 years of Acute Care experience (can consider 1.5 years)

· Experience with Utilization Review and Discharge Planning

· Experience with InterQual

· 1st-time travelers accepted

· BLS-AHA

· Covid Card
