- Job Duration:* 13 Weeks*Position Summary:*We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to join our dynamic Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) team. The RNFA will be responsible for assisting in cardiac procedures, including but not limited to cutting tissue, tying, and suturing. This role requires a versatile RNFA who can seamlessly transition between scrub and circulator roles to meet the needs of our patients and surgical team.*Key Responsibilities:** Scrub in and assist with all types of cardiac procedures.* Perform duties that extend beyond the standard RN or Surgical Tech scope of practice, including cutting tissue and suturing.* Maintain a high standard of care and ensure patient safety throughout surgical procedures.* Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient outcomes.* Participate in on-call rotations as required (1-2x per week).* Fulfill weekend on-call duties as needed.*Qualifications:** Current RNFA certification and valid Washington state RN license.* Proven experience in a cardiac operating room setting.* Ability to scrub and assist with all cardiac cases.* Strong clinical skills and ability to function effectively as both a scrub nurse and circulator.* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.* Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle high-pressure situations.*About us :*Infosage System is uniquely positioned to meet your specialized staffing needs.
