Job Description:
- Position - RN Cath Lab
- Location - Bolingbrook, IL
- Weeks - 13
- hours - 40
- Shift - Days (5x8hr)
- Gross weekly - $2,639/wks
- Stipend - $1,239 (included in gross)
- W2 Pay - $35/hr
- OT Pay - $52.50/hr

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Catheterization Lab team. As a Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Duties:
- Perform patient assessments before, during, and after procedures
- Administer medications and assist with various medical procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assist with catheterizations
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Skills:
- Experience administering injections and conducting physical examinations
- Proficiency in patient assessment and care planning
- Ability to ventilate patients and phlebotomize when necessary
- Familiarity with coding and medical record documentation
- Previous experience in a teaching hospital or Level II Trauma Center is advantageous
- Knowledge of home care practices and patient education techniques
