Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients in a fast-paced medical environment.

• Position - RN Med Surg Tele
• Location - Kalamazoo, MI
• Week - 13
• Hours - 48
• Shift - Days & Nights (4x12hr)
• Gross Weekly - $2,722/wks
• Stipend - $1,162/wks (included in gross)
• W2 Pay - $30/hr
• OT Pay - $45/hr

Responsibilities:

- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Conduct IV insertions and manage IV therapy
- Assist in procedures such as spinal taps and ventilator management
- Provide patient education on family planning and senior care
- Utilize Epic electronic health records system for documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare team members in an ambulatory surgery center setting
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Qualifications:

- Valid RN MI license and BLS certification
- Proficiency in medication administration and patient assessment
- Competency in IV insertion and spinal tap procedures
- Familiarity with family planning and senior care practices
