Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.

• Position - RN PCU
• Location - Richmond VA
• Week - 13
• Hours - 36
• Shift - Nights (3x12hr)
• Gross Weekly - $2,400/wks for 36hr
• Stipend - $1,491/wks
• W2 Pay - $25/hr
• OT Pay - $37.50/hr

Duties:
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions in the PCU
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Operate and monitor medical equipment
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:
- Valid RN license and BLS certification
- Previous experience in an ICU setting preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills:
- Familiarity with Dermal fillers for wound care
- Proficiency in Diagnostic evaluation techniques
- Experience in Discharge planning procedures
- Knowledge of working in a Level II Trauma Center
- Understanding of Internal medicine practices
- Anatomy knowledge for patient assessment
- Competence in Specimen collection processing
- Familiarity with Workers compensation law
- Ability to operate Neonatal ventilators

Required:

• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS and IN/Compact State License.
• 2 years of experience.
• Driver's License/State ID.
