- Daily Facility Management: Ensure that the Facility runs smoothly by overseeing maintenance and operational functions. You'll manage HVAC systems, electrical setups, plumbing, and all building infrastructure.
- Safety Compliance & Audits: Implement safety programs, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Emergency Preparedness: Coordinate daily checks of safety equipment and update emergency response plans as needed.
- Employee Training: Facilitate day-to-day training on safety practices to ensure all employees are confident and prepared.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors for timely facility repairs and upgrades.
- Driver and Fleet Safety: Implement and monitor safety protocols for company drivers and fleet operations.

Your Qualifications:
We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Facilities Management, a related field or relevant experience. You should have 3-5 years of experience in facility management and safety compliance, and a strong command of OSHA regulations. Familiarity with fleet safety and driver training programs is a plus! Must have computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
