Infosoft Teksolutions is Hiring an Electrical Technician Near Broussard, LA

Here are the job position details for your review:

Job Title: Electrical Technician
Pay Rate: $20 to $21/Hr
Duration: 7 Months
Location: Broussard, LA

Shift: 7 AM to 3 PM Central time

We are looking for Electrical Technician

  • Plans and executes assigned maintenance projects.
  • Analyzes technical problems on-site, and completes repairs and work orders, with specific reference to electric systems.
  • Executes ramp-up, set-up, and start procedures to prepare machines and equipment for operations.
  • Contributes to installation projects on site, and supports accountable Industrial Engineers.* Supports maintenance of technical documentation of processes and equipment.
  • May advise junior staff technically.

Impacts:

  • In Production: Operates with a range of machines and equipment, which effectively need different parameter settings and intensive control of production process.
  • May include automated line production control in a relatively medium complex environment.
  • Or: operates in the set-up, maintenance, repair, and/or installation of dedicated machines in the production line.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a full range of services in a defined and focused technical area of work, while clear input/output relations and generic and /or work-specific guidelines, and procedures are given or available.
  • Positions need a basic level of theoretical and practical know-how, skills, and typically some level-related years of experience, in specialized processes, techniques, and systems used in a production environment.
  • In Production: Automated line processing and controlling, or operating with a broader range of production machines in production lines are examples of this level of work.

Experience:

  • 3 years of vocational training 3 years of practical experience needed.

Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge and experience of principles, procedures, work routines, and skills in the related field of work, gained through a structured and focused 3-year vocational training period

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Broussard, LA (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Broussard, LA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
