Job Title: Field Service Technician (Rail Vehicles)
Pay Rate: $24.2 to $28.47/HR

Shift Timings: 1st Shift - (7 am to 3:30 pm)

We are looking for Field Service Technician (Rail Vehicles)

• The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing the next-generation electric Light Rail Vehicle that is delivered from the OEM to the local authority in San Francisco, CA. The technician will need to be experienced in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs of various components using mechanical drawings, schematics, and location circuit plans
• Diagnose electrical malfunctions in LRV control circuits and components, assess the nature of problems, and identify corrective action needed.
• Work with shop machines and hand tools.
• Understand and follow company and industry safety rules, practices, and procedures.
• Communicate with others, verbally and in writing, technical information, job procedure recommendations, and other work-related information.
• Assist other employees as needed.
• Read, interpret, and understand written or electronic information, maintain the information, and compile reports
• Use PTU’s (laptops) to troubleshoot various systems onboard the LRV’s.
• Requirements:
• Minimum High school diploma (or GED), College Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field.
• Working with PLCs and routers to connect industrial devices
• Must be proficient in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Individuals must possess a valid Driver's license in good standing.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $24.20 - $28.47 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
