Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator
Pay Rate: $22 to $24.5/Hr
Duration: 7 months
Location: Warren, MI (Onsite)
Maintenance Administrative Assistance
- The temporary maintenance coordinator is responsible for maintaining the maintenance OPRA system which is an interface for SAP.
- They shall assist the maintenance manager in oversight of the day-to-day operations of the maintenance personnel reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- Assist the Maintenance Manager in maintaining and oversight of the maintenance OPRA Workflow systems.
- Enter and set up new inventory information into the OPRA systems.
- Work with maintenance employees on any issues related to the OPRA systems.
- Work with the corporate maintenance team to resolve any issues within the CMMS systems.
- Assist the maintenance manager with any issues.
- Assist in scheduling contractors for repairs, and document all required information in the OPRA system.
- Assist company personnel with any maintenance-related matters.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: word and Excel programs
- Familiarity with software systems such as SAP & Lotus Notes
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- The position is 100% on site
