Job Title: Sales Support Engineer 2

Pay Rate: $34 to $40/Hr

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Charlotte, NC

Shift: 8:30 AM to 5 PM Central time

This position is for the Power/Energy division.

We are looking for a Sales Support Engineer 2

• Modification (Mods) and Replacement in Kind (RIK) Order Manager:
• Maintain quote status from tendering, through data management and procurement
• Run and lead weekly and where applicable daily status meetings with appropriate stakeholders
• Update the status in the corresponding SAP sales document
• Process SIDOC (Interface) incoming SDs for Mods and RIK Steam Components (without Valve components)
• Maintained sale document (SD) for Mods and RIK projects regarding dates. Create and sustain shipping BOMs in the sales documents where applicable for outbound deliveries, and issue outbound deliveries.
• Work with Mods PMs (Internal PMs and Manufacturing PMs) to coordinate the input and maintenance of the Sales Documents
• Work with the Data Management Team, to ensure accuracy and releases of the Order Structure (FERT)
• Work with CPM (Commercial Project Manager) in finance to maintain cost structure numbers (WBS) and to ensure proper hedging and conversion for overseas orders
• Work with the procurement organization to ensure timely PO releases to the vendor base and our Client manufacturing network
• Obtain order status of parts from manufacturing and procurement and inform PMs and internal customers accordingly
• Ensure timely responses from stakeholders
• Create Sales Documents (quotes) in SAP where manual entering is needed
• Develop and draft procedures for desktop procedures and SOPs (standard operations procedures) for the area of Order Management duties
• Backup for other Order Managers
