What you'll do:
As the Senior Technical Program Manager you will be responsible for managing the scope, impact, and complexity of programs through all phases of the product life cycle. This role will manage interdependencies and integrations across projects, teams, and stakeholders. This position will work in conjunction with Product Management and Engineering to ensure the delivery of our roadmap. This position's objectives will be directly linked to business metrics such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Lead Technical Program Manager.
Job Responsibility :
Own and be accountable of the program area and drive the end-to-end delivery of initiatives for your program
Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Support, Legal, Finance for successful delivery for our customers
Define end to end launch plan across multiple cross-functional teams
Define communication plans
Identify and track risks to project delivery and overall program schedule
Conduct organizational change efforts that impact different cross-functional teams
Ensure adherence to PLC and SDLC while maintaining visibility to Release Management
Keep leadership and cross-functional teams updated on project timelines and results
Evaluate existing processes and make recommendations to drive process improvement and adoption of standard methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week;
Basic
Bachelors or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, Electronics or equivalent
Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
Experience using project and issue tracking software, such as Jira
Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Research, Engineering, IT, Operations, Legal, Security, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support
Experience in working with all hierarchy levels including Executive team members
Ability to lead without authority in order to drive cross-functional teams towards completion of their deliverables
Written and verbal communication skills that reflect clear thinking and clear messaging across different cohorts of audience
Preferred :
Experience delivering eCommerce projects and platform migration
In-depth experience driving initiatives with engineering teams
Strong, new way to problem solving and delivering solutions
Strong negotiation skills with cross-functional teams (influencer)
Skilled at taking care of ambiguity in a rapidly growing and changing environment
Ability to develop strong cross-team relationships and partnerships in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
Ability to work in a multifaceted, fast paced environment, prioritize your work and manage your time
