Infosys Technologies is Hiring an Oracle and Python Lead Developer Near Austin, TX

Job Details

Infosys is seeking a Oracle and Python Lead Developer hands onexperience. The position will primarily be responsible for development of custom IT applications catering to supply chain area for our client. The selected candidate should have good technical knowledge, analytical ability and good communication.
Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Austin, TX or be willing to relocate to the area prior to onboarding.
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 Years of experience working in developing Python and Oracle pl/sql applications.
At least 3 Years Python scripting, using pandas data frame etc.
At least 3 Oracle pl/sql, packages, procedures, functions, triggers, db links, etc.
Good hands-on experience in performance tuning concepts using hints, AWR reports, etc.
Should have good logical and analytical capability.
U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor currently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Should be able to work in a team spread across the globe in an onsite-offshore model.
Should be able to take proactive ownership of tasks, follow up with users or other stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge on Google Cloud Platform will be beneficial.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
