Job DescriptionInfosys is seeking Junior Business Analyst. You will be a key contributor to the consulting team at different phases of the project including discovery, solution generation, design/architecture and the detailing of the overall process. You will be involved in the recommendation, configuration, evaluation and deployment of high-quality solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford CT / Enfield CT / Stamford CT / Groton CT or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
- 1 year of experience in functional analysis or data analysis role would be a plus
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
- At least 1 years of experience in Development/ Configuration and deployment
- At least 1 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
- Good Analytical and Communication skills.
- Good Planning and Co-ordination skills
