Infosys is looking for Business Analysts in P&C domain (Personal and Commercial lines) to be part of our Insurance Practice (Domain Consulting Group). Candidates must have experience working in projects related to lines of businesses – Business owner’s, Commercial Property, Commercial Automobile, General Liability, Workers Compensation, Personal Automobile, Homeowners, Personal Umbrella etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or Raleigh, NC or Bridgewater, NJ or be willing to relocate to the area.

• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

• Experience working with industry leading Claims, Billing or EHR systems.

• Must have Agile Product Development Methodology

• Create Journey Maps that re-imagine/re-define the healthcare problematic process areas

• Strong understanding of product management and agile best practices and quality improvement principles

• Working knowledge of Business Analysis Standards (i.e. IIBA best practices)

• Strong oral & written communication skills, Business stakeholder management

• Must have performed business requirement analysis, use case modeling from a business analysis/consulting standpoint.
