We are looking to hire a People Analytics Specialist for our Bay Area-based client. You will be working extensively on SQL and Tableau.

We prefer the person to be based in the Bay Area. You will work 3 days on-site at the client location (Santa Clara).

Required skills:

· Bachelor's Degree in IT / Engineering.

· 5 years of relevant work experience.

· Strong experience in SQL is required including writing complex queries, sub-queries, etc.

· Proficiency in building visualization using Tableau is required.

· Good experience working with Microsoft Excel.

· Ability to work independently and with business stakeholders.

· Prior experience in creating Tableau dashboards related to HR/People Analytics.

. Knowledge of HRMS (Human Resource Management System), ATS (Applicant Tracking System), LMS (Learning Management System), or other HR-related software to extract and analyze the relevant data.
