Specific Responsibilities:

• Deliver, document, and track training activities per applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assist in building training scenarios and presentations.
• Assist in creating, updating, and modifying curricula according to job roles.
• Lead and/or coordinate technical training facilitation and qualification.
• Be able to schedule rooms, trainers, and resources and other required training (GMP, HR, EHS, etc.).
• Assist with tracking and utilization of Learning Management System (LMS).
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing of biotechnology products, aseptic processing, and cell culture products.
• Previous experience with viral vector manufacturing is a plus.
