Job Responsibilities:

• Manage one or more small study(ies) or support large study teams by overseeing execution according to ICH/ GCP guidelines and SOPs/SWPs.
• Assists Biomarker Sciences, Clinical Virology, and/or Clinical Pharmacology in vendor selection and coordinates all interactions and deliverables from vendors.
• Plans and coordinates all operational activities required with the collection, delivery and analysis of biological samples within a clinical trial.
• Provides administrative assistance in site selection, study implementation and ongoing coordination of study sites, either directly or via CROs.
• Manage clinical vendors, ensuring selection of high quality vendors, negotiating contract terms and overseeing adherence with regulatory requirement.
• Proactively monitor and report clinical trial status.

Qualifications:

• BA / BS with 4 years’ relevant clinical or related experience in life sciences.
• MA/ MS with 2 years’ relevant clinical or related experience in life sciences.
• Experience coordinating/ collaborating with cross functional drug development teams and site teams.
• Experience contributing to clinical trials process improvement initiatives.
• Leverages knowledge of trial and study management to create project plans for own area, based on overall scope and timelines of the study; acts as a point of contact.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
