Job DescriptionThe Digital Marketing Operations (DMO) team plays a critical role in our digital transformation and is a strategic partner to our brands, focused on delivering a superior digital experience to our customers in the US. We are seeking a Digital Technology Operations Manager with deep web expertise to work directly with the Associate Director, US Digital - Web Experience Lead. The Digital Tech Ops Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and managing web projects, ensuring adherence to processes, digital best practices, and company standards. The ideal candidate should have experience and expertise with content management systems (Sitecore preferred), web analytics, web development tools, and digital project management.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the commercial web platforms, ensuring that they are functional, reliable, and meet accessibility, quality, and compliance standards.
Manage and oversee web projects, ensuring they are executed on time and within scope while following DMO processes.
Monitor website analytics tools to identify areas of improvement and optimization opportunities on US Commercial websites prior to regular reporting and project kickoffs.
Collaborate with digital marketing agencies, IT, and DMO's Digital Experience Leads on web projects; work with diverse groups and stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful project outcomes.
Manage and implement SEO strategies to optimize the commercial web platforms for search engines.
Work with the Web Service Lead to identify and develop process enhancements.
QualificationsOther responsibilities as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in IT, Dev Ops, Tech Ops, or web project management.
Proficiency in CMS systems (Sitecore is preferred).
Strong familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Optimizely, and others.
Experience With Agile Methodologies And Project Management Systems Preferred.Experience in managing outsourced resources and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not required.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to the changing needs of projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
